I tried to refund it earlier using the same card that I bought it with, but then I woke up to an email saying the payment for the refund failed
Try to submit another ticket and submit another refund, but the first one said it isn't supported by advisors. Requesting another refund, it said the refund is still pending. What is going on with EA support? What do Advisors actually do at EA supports??? Same card and everything, I used that same card later to order sesame chicken from a Chinese restaurant, and it went through fine, so why did it fail for the refund processes?
