Battlefield 6 ranked

Are you ever going to sort this game out can't even enjoy a full ranked game without the screen changing colours or going all white or black been doing for weeks keep paying rp points to go in matches  just for this to happen  seems like no1 is sorting it out its just getting worse I'm thinking if going to mw4 when that comes out which i dint really want to go back to that game but battlefield is leaving me no choice as nothing is beening done about it
