Battlefield 6 Season 3 – Banned for Farming Battle Pass in Portal
Hello officials, I'm just a regular player who loves the Battlefield series. I've been playing since Battlefield 6 launched last October, all the way into Season 3. I've spent money on the game, bought battle passes, and I especially enjoy the freedom of the Portal mode.
To be honest upfront: I did farm Battle Pass progress in the Portal mode, for example by using custom room settings to repeat matches and quickly level up the Battle Pass. I admit that was wrong. But I can guarantee that I have never used any cheats, hacks, scripts, third-party software, or mods – not even macros or auto-clickers.
A few days ago, my account was permanently banned for "game enhancements." I understand that the officials need to punish rule-breaking, and I'm willing to face the consequences for farming the Battle Pass. However, the term "game enhancements" – to most players – means serious cheating like aimbots, wallhacks, or damage mods. I never used any cheats; I only farmed the Battle Pass in Portal. Could I kindly ask the officials to distinguish between these two types of behavior?
I've tried appealing several times, but only received automated replies saying the decision stands. I know customer support is busy, but I would still really appreciate a manual review of my backend data to see if there's any trace of actual cheating software. If there is, I have nothing to say. But if it's only Battle Pass farming, could the punishment be based on that instead? For example, resetting my Battle Pass progress or a temporary suspension – I would accept that. A permanent ban labeled as "game enhancements" feels too harsh for what I did.
I've supported this game since launch with both time and money, and I'm very attached to my account. I sincerely ask the officials to please take a moment to review my case – even just telling me which match or which specific action was flagged as "game enhancements" would give me some peace of mind. If you give me another chance, I will strictly follow the rules and not farm the Battle Pass again.
