Battlefield 6 was banned by MISTAKE!!!

I just didn't have money to buy a computer that can run the game smoothly, so I've been playing Battlefield 6 in the Internet cafe. At the end of March this year, I played Battlefield 6 in a new Internet cafe, but my account was banned.

I have played this game for more than 50 hours. I also played Battlefiled 2042 for 50 hours. I love Battlefiled very much. I bought the game before it was officially released. It was completely my heart's soul!

It might be because EAAC mistook the management software in the background of the Internet cafe for cheating software. I have appealed many times but failed. I've heard that you can check whether players are truly cheating based on in-game data. I sincerely ask you to review my in-game data and unblock my account.

PLEASE!PLEASE!PLEASE!😭

  • Hi mubo99,

I'm very sorry to hear about the ban on your Battlefield 6 account. I can see from your post how much you love the Battlefield series, and I understand how deeply frustrating and upsetting this situation must be for you.

For your security and privacy, we cannot discuss or overturn any account bans here on the forums. All sanctions are handled exclusively by our dedicated Terms of Service team. I know you've appealed before, but the only way to have this reviewed is to file a case with them.

You can find all the information on how to submit an appeal in our official guide here:

Check and appeal EA Account locks, bans, and suspensions

When you submit your appeal, please be sure to explain the situation as you have here, noting that you were playing on a public computer in an Internet cafe.

Finally, to protect your account security in the future, we advise against logging in to your EA Account on public or shared computers, such as those at an Internet cafe. You have no control over the software installed on them, and it can pose a significant risk to your account's safety, including the potential for keyloggers or other malware, and can also trigger anti-cheat flags.

I truly hope the team can provide you with clarity on your appeal.
