Started a case about not having the code or link to download the Battlefield Labs Client. Was told to come here and make a thread.
I have been accepted into Battlefield Labs as they send me emails about playtest times.
Any help?
Check mail again, they send new latter

Links, instructions and information are all included in the e-mail from EA. nobody here has any other information, and we're not supposed to talk here about the playtest as it's under NDA.
Why the guys on the help line would send you here boggles the mind.

Got the invite, finished the preferences survey and received the "Approved" thingy with date and time slot.
But no client yet.
I have the same issue and I contacted customer service and they are all just telling me to come to the forums and post......I've explained to them the NDA etc etc and they just say we can't help go post in the forums and the team there should help.
I was told this "I am really sorry but as its a confidential so only eligible player can get details through email regarding labs, if you got email and still you are unable to play you can report only forums."

Go to the Battlefield 6 discord and see if you can get help there.
i am having the same issue. rsvp'd to the original and corrected emails and still have gotten no info. i was told to wait and that i would surely get a code. now the rsvp time has passed and im still getting the assurance that i would get a code and that it might take time because of server base. id love some help or guidance in this issue.
I have the same problem, I still haven't received the client code, answered 2 rsvp emails and didn't get anything.
I know. The customer service is awful. Discord i doubt will be any better but trying
