Battlefield Portal Hard Core Broken

I have tested setting up several games in BF Portal for BF6 and when I enable hard core mode, it will not spawn the bots. When I remove the hard mode from the same map server setup, I get the bots. They even show in the teams list but with and X next to each name. They never spawn in.

Also in hard core mode, why enable friendly damage redirection? It is supposed to make the game more realistic and damage redirection is not realistic. You do hurt you own team if you hit them, good. But redirection, come on, ridiculous.

The game setup in BF2042 portal was better as I could specify higher damage output in the game modes to make my own hard core setup. Only way in new BF6 portal is custom setup but it does not have the different modes to choose from, maybe unless you dig into the scripting and such. Not easy like 2042 portal.
