Battlefield RSVP Button Not Working for Sept 19 Playtest

I received an email to RSVP for the upcoming battlefield 6 Playtest scheduled for Friday September 19th. It says that we are required to complete a survey, however once I click on RSVP within the email, it simply takes me to my EA Playtest Dashboard and does not prompt any survey to show. I read the tweet that there is some missing playtest info and they are aware, but we have a deadline until tomorrow 11:59pm Wednesday, September 16th to complete this survey in order to be a part of the upcoming playtest. Please advise. Thanks!
