BF 6 modes issue not letting to play

I don't know what happened to the game from one day back i tried my level best to restart the game ...

It loads after the restart but as soon as you finish the game ..it will not let you in to other modes... or any player portal. 

It's literally very bad from BF6 .... I had to restart after every game to select the modes it sucks ...

You should say should I delete the game ... ?
