I spent 750 coins to go from tiers 3-8. Then the challenge closed. I feel like I got screwed out of the coins and the cosmetics. I 100% completed the weekly challenge but those 85 points never hit my account, I guess because I completed the weekly before they added the 85 points to the weekly. This is/was a known bug that impacted many people.
I sent EA Help multiple messages on this and they are 100% worthless. I included all relevant information to include screen shots. Each EA Rep (I think 5 in total ) simply re-started the conversation every other day and never read the previous messages which were there, I could see the previous chat messages on my screen. They did the typical script reading BS. Most frustrating customer service experience ever...and I'm 51 lol.
I, like you, feel cheated. I would like my 750 coins to return to my balance.
The fact that EA help has no phone number shows you how much they give a F.
