BF6 | Refund on ea store | buy on steam | keep preorder?

i have a issue where the game has the Full loading green bar then crashes back to home screen also i have purchased the phantom edition for 80 Quid and it says i need the base game wtf is going on with EA,,,Pretty pissed of to say the least ,they make fun of COD And this shocking Launch for alot of players

steam are having the same issues 

I have already rebought the game on steam and literally zero issues.  Some of the people with the issue described within my op stated they purchased through steam, however the vast majority 90%+ are ones purchased through EA app.  If you were a betting man you are way more likely to get a working product if you didn't use the games "official" "first class" platform.  

GOOD LUCK WITH A REFUND,THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT UNTIL THEY TRY AND FIX THE GAME ,I TOLD THEM I HAVE MY REFUND POLICY RIGHTS AND ALL THEY SAID AGAIN IS WAIT WHILE WE TRY AND FIX THE GAME,,,THERE A JOKE////

I did a refund on the phantom edition that I pre-ordered on EA app and bought the same edition on Steam and didn't have any of the same unlocks from the pre-ordering that I had through the EA app. The battle pass items from 2042 showed up, and the rewards for doing the beta, but not the Tombstone pack, even though it was unlocked before. So I would doubt that it would be given. Idk if even the supposed 12 or 24 xp tokens or whatever they promised will be given to those of us who did a refund and got it through steam, even though we were affected resulting in us doing the refund. 

You never EVER pre-order ANYTHING 

After the huge debacle with BF4 many years ago,EA/Dice taught me a very valuable lesson

a lesson I still follow to this day:

DONT PREORDER ANYTHING FROM EA.....................EVER
