Joca-Ramiro There is no need to shrink everything. Proper placement of vehicle spawns in the captured zones changes the dynamics. But devs do not see it that way. Devs treat any vehicle as a strike asset that gets kills rather than an asset that changes the dynamic of the match. Devs should focus on compartmentalisation of the zones rather than shrinking everything and throwing all vehicles in the safe base. Escalation is amazing because we get a lot of objectives, and some of them are really close. 5 flag Conquest sucks in my opinion, works only on highly vertical and multi-level maps.
Shrinking Firestorm is a bad idea. Instead, more flags at the centre and a few more transport vehicles would save the day with slower player movement speed. Compact and narrow maps are good for tanks, IFVs, and transport vehicles.
Exactly, I honestly don’t have much hope things will get better. The neglect toward air vehicles feels intentional, after all these updates they still haven’t fixed a **bleep** radar. I’ve always loved flying jets and helicopters, and now I’m playing infantry because the air combat is just that bad.
