We have been reaching out to tos team.. but they are not responding. They are not helping with anything, there are no responses from a "person". We can't get these wrongful bans resolved because we cannot figure out how or what to send for proof, they are giving no guidance. There are many players in this situation including myself. Have not been able to play for months ... and we are standard players... playing the game with no enhancements, cheats, exploits....EA is not doing anything to help .. knowing there is a problem with their system. This is why people like myself are posting here, because we are trying to make this known... there are no other avenues of help that are working or making any headway. EA NEEDS to address this!
