BF6 false ban

I was playing Hardcore conquest too from their servers, so official hardcore servers and i got banned about 4 games in.

(context) The Hardcore servers im reffering to are the ones you select a gamemode from the multiplayer tab and click to play which automatically connects you to a game. its filled with bots except maybe 5-6 real players per team racking up 50/70+ kills per game due to the bots being predictable with how they move around the maps. So a well possitioned tank and boom, 50+kills easy.

Im wondering if the Anti-cheat flagged my account for leveling up too fast due to the amount of kills vs the bots in an official lobby with Full XP... I've no idea why they even alow these kinds of servers if you get banned for playing on them. Let alone official ones....

This is exactly my experience. I saved the transcript. I'll demand a refund if it's not resolved asap.

no the trashcan developers that created the faulty anti cheat are responsible for this problem. The trashcan support staff are responsible for "solving" fourms posts by linking to the same penalty area page that does work. 

I submitted a refund on steam I hope they accept it I have 10 hours of gameplay. BF6 honestly already got boring I hope they accept the refund and I just wont buy it again. I heard many people say it has something to do with community servers. I played hardcore conquest and an hour later I was banned. Probs download something that the game does not recognize and then it bans you.

I am in the same boat as you guys. Played 3 hours on the exact same setup as beta, got banned. Support (even the EA employees on the forums) will send you links to the penalty page to appeal. They don't understand that it shows "No history You have no violations or appeals on your account. Submitting the web form to appeal also doesn't work, it redirects to support articles and doesn't create any ticket. I was able to talk to an EA advisor in a chat and they have no clue what to do about it either. Probably will result in a lot of refunds and chargebacks before EA realizes something is actually wrong.

Welcome to the club. There have been users with the same issue since Friday, and no one has received any help from support, since according to them, the accounts are not banned.

I'm also banned, since launch too. Doesn't mean you should trash the devs, I'm pissed but bugs happen, and it's usually not because of the devs but because the game was out too early.
