I agree with some of your points, but I think it’s important to stay fair as well.
About platoons, they already confirmed that it’s coming back this year, so at least that’s being addressed.
I also don’t think BF6 is the worst Battlefield. It’s definitely not perfect and still needs a lot of work, but honestly, it already feels much more like Battlefield than 2042 ever did. You can see they are trying to move back toward the BF3/BF4 formula, even if it’s not fully there yet.
For skins, I completely agree. They should be much more military-focused. There has been some improvement, but there’s still work to do, especially with Pax Armata skins that sometimes feel out of place.
Vehicle camping in HQ is a real issue though, and I fully agree with you there. There should definitely be a way to deal with those players instead of them being completely safe while shooting across the map.
For inaccessible buildings, I agree too, but I think in some cases it’s more of a map design limitation. Fixing it without breaking the flow or balance of the map might be more complicated than it looks.
About night/thermal scopes, I personally don’t see it as a big problem. It’s an attachment that costs a lot of points, so it makes sense that it gives a strong advantage in certain situations.
RPG behavior, I agree — the current trajectory feels off and doesn’t really make sense.
And finally, for servers and matchmaking, I also prefer the old Battlefield system. Persistent servers and a proper server browser were much better and gave more control to players.
Overall, yes, there are still issues, but I don’t think the game is going in the wrong direction. It just needs more time and adjustments to really reach the level of older Battlefield titles.
