BF6 Simple Config FIle Safe or Not Safe ?

Hi i have a simple config File that i downloaded for Bf6 it only improves the correct resolution my monitor is running also some shadow lighting settings were adjusted for improvement for fps aswell as the cpu im using? Example below of the cfg.file format layout. Below.

Will these simple config files get me banned would like a good Answer before i try and use it Thanks !
