Bigger squads or attached squads
It would be nice if you were in a chat with eight people you have your squad of four that are green and you can spawn on them you should be able to see the second Squad and maybe a different color or...

I think the option for bigger Squads is a must.
The fact that most want to play as Assault/Engineer or maybe someone wants to play lone wolf as a sniper leave unbalanced matches. I think 6 would be perfect or like someone else said....linked squads as a minimum.
