EA support ignore and auto mod

Guys, never brake these stupid EA rules. All my reports get ignored and disputes never work, since bot answers automatically and no human EVER reads your disputes. I get treated like nothing by the company who gets money for the games I paid, just to go to their game and listen about my mother or my nationality/race being insulted. When I report those people, my reports simply come back hours later as "not found anything suspicious", when that person literally harrased me and insulted me pesonally while using racial slurs. The moment I talk to someone with some funny meaningless message it gets treated as (hatred?) and I get banned for 168 hours. No person reviews disputes, bot simply answers back with nothing and you dont have the right to get unbanend. 
Dont use chat in bf6, since the moment you say you dont like something you get harassed. Just using the ingame chat feels like lobotomy since its either some spam, or political/racial talk.
Even better advice - dont play BF6. Game is scam, company is a scam.
