Update:
6 - A bot's secondary priority (secondary to the above mentioned) should be to stay on objective. They can't fight so they need to play objective... always. If you made them good at combat, people would definitely complain more. I remember playing James Bond Nightfire on Gamecube with the most ridiculously OP bots ever and though it was funny, it was also annoying.
