California Resistance bug rewards

I previously completed the event, and two days before it ended, on December 6th I purchased the battle pass. I received all my rewards except for the event rewards, so I contacted support and they are looking for a solution. 

I don't know if this is still happening with the Christmas event, but anyone reading this who is thinking of buying the battle pass after completing the Christmas event it would be best to buy it and then do the event.

    Hi there,

    After checking, rewards from the Premium tier do require ownership of the BF Pass in order to be unlocked. The Tier 10 “Bad Neighbor” Soldier Skin is a Premium reward (as shown here), which is why it has not been granted to your account.

    I understand that this may be disappointing, and I'm sorry for any confusion this may have caused.
