Can’t join multiplayer matches

Question

Hi, I have the game on ps5 and anytime I try to play multiplayer, I press search and it searches then launches but then I just get black screened. Then the battlefield logo comes up and then I just end up back in the lobby with no error message as to why it happened is anyone else having this issue I managed to get a couple games in at one point just for it to happen again later in the day… it’s been happening for me since the game released&nbsp;

Yeah I’m having the same exact issue. I have to restart the game many many times for it to maybe work&nbsp;

Hey guys if you turn the ps5 off and then hold the power button on the console until it beeps twice it will put you into safe mode. Reconnect your controller and then restart the ps5 that way.. it works for me it’s not a complete fix but anytime I do that it now works might have to do it anytime you turn the console off and back on&nbsp;
