Can we get an official update on Multiplayer Ranked and its release window?

I say the devs need to work on bringing their player base back and not add another divide to its fractured player base. 

As it is now there are several fronts that the players are divided on and several serious issues that need to be fixed/addressed by the dev team.  And if those things can be fixed then maybe, they could look into other things like Ranked MP.
