"Casual Breakthrough" is serviceable, why not make verified exps this way too?

It does the job of helping with chores about attachments, level and especially assignments.

It also supposedly does not inflate stats like K/D with bot kills.

This is what a lot of players wanted from what backfill bots in portal should be like.

What is preventing the verified experiences in portal with backfill enabled from also being made to work that way?
