Cheap tag taking

What's up with tag acquirement  now?  Before it had to be hands on and you still could counter attack.  Now somebody who's crawling around in a corner and shooting everybody in the back as they run by can march over and act the warhero as they boast about just how cowardly and yellow they can be.  It's disgusting  and boils my blood.
