Clarification Needed on "Unlocked as a Promotional Reward" Items
I've unlocked a lot of stuff via the twitch drops, completing the beta challenges, and by preordering the Phantom Edition of the game. However, there are still some things that are locked and can only be earned as "promotional rewards".
The game doesn't offer any additional information next to these items on how they are unlocked, and I can't find much info from searching online, either. So, I am going to list them here in the hopes that fellow users of this forum might have more information.
An asterisk (*) indicates that the game simply states the unlock is "currently unavailable."

- Dropped Call
- Bushido
- Tank-ful (this isn't a promo reward but there's no info on how to get it)
Player Card Backgrounds
- Nerves of Steel
- Roll Out
- Demolition Crew
- Ready Up

- Bedrock (for NATO Engineer)
- System Override (for NATO Assault)
- Advance Party (for NATO Support)

Any help or info on the above listed items is greatly appreciated. I don't know if I'm eligible to collect any of this goodies or not, but if not that's fine. I just want more info beyond what I'm given in-game. Thanks!
