Classes customization

Hello I don't know if I'm missing something but I want to be able to customise for example support class for the different factions PAX and NATO differently, for example I have pax defibrilator and i want to use it only on pax support soldier but is equipped on nato support soldier too. Same goes for weapon charms and uniform patch.

Also I wish to be able to save more customization options(5+) and to change them with 1 click, for the same class, i suppose its not that hard.
