Competitive ranked game mode

I’m fed up with playing with casual players. I never thought I’d get this irritated by this type of players, but they get in my way, they annoy me, and I don’t want them. I think the best mode for ranked is Legendary Rush from BF3/BF4. In this version of the game, these rookies have absolutely no idea how this mode is supposed to be played.
