From my Experience with Portal, I would disable auto-aim tracking and but allow auto-aim in general for consoles as from playing both consoles and PC's I know how hard it can be to use a controller. This seemed to work for our group and Console would win sometimes and PC would win sometimes.. no real complaints.
For NEWBIES I could see giving them a boost for the first couple of levels on console so they don't get frustrated
I have no problem with A Cross Play Allow or disable. I do think it's ok to backfill a game if servers are low from Cross play. Maybe add option 'backfill allow'? Not sure. I really do not understand the cheating mentality... Basically it just means you have to cheat because you are inadequate, a poor sport and haven't learn to put effort into a game... Cheating just makes you an **bleep**.
It's like the whole secure boot debacle reducing player counts using older PC's. Is it really making a difference in preventing cheating?
I will say we have a PC gamer among our group who is stupidly good. So we usually gang up on him in teams to keep it fair. We also have a console player who is stupidly good we have to do the same thing. But this player also has WAY too many hours in the games (BF and COD) so it's like they can almost predict what we are going to do, lol. Too bad these two players are on opposite shifts.. I would really like to see who comes out on top...
Theres no such thing as ‘auto’ aim it’s aim ‘assist’ cope harder
