"PlayStation and Xbox Console Only" is absolutely a standard choice in many online multiplayer games and it should be here as well. Console and PC platforms should not mix on the same servers. This is well known.
We all know how unbalanced PC mouse and keyboard versus console is. We all have personal computers, and we all know that our keyboard and a mouse on a stable desktop is far superior than any aim assist is for console. Aim assist is weak tea compared to mouse and keyboard.
And now, the "Elephant in the Room." Yesterday, after reading a post on this forum, I went to YouTube and searched for "Battlefield 6 wall and aimbot hacks." I instantly found the videos , and after 15 minutes of watching this so-called gameplay being proudly narrated by three different streamers displaying and encouraging people to buy and use their hacks, I was so disgusted that I came back to the game and clicked Crossplay OFF!
We must have the choice of console only gameplay. PC players will do fine playing amongst themselves. Likewise, console players will do fine as well.
PLEASE GIVE US THE "CONSOLE ONLY" CHOICE!
Actually, I believe that aim assist on controller beats the mouse, I've played on both PC, Xbox and PS5, I will say that I think PC and consoles should be separated because I feel like consoles cause server desync because of the differences in network and hardware.
