Console only cross play

As a console player in New Zealand, I’m finding the current crossplay setup very limiting. Turning crossplay off isn’t realistic here because of our small player base, matchmaking times become far too long. But leaving it on forces us into lobbies with PC mouse-and-keyboard players, which feels unbalanced and discouraging.

What we really need is a console-only crossplay option (Xbox + PlayStation, no PC). This would keep matchmaking healthy in smaller regions like NZ/AU while protecting controller players from the MnK advantage and PC cheating concerns. Please consider adding this option, it would make a huge difference for the long-term health of the game in our region.

  • I agree console only crossplay should be mandatory on all games. I’m getting smoked by pc players and lobbies are 90% pc players almost all the time. But you can never find a game with crossplay off its takes ages to find a game not full of bots.

  • Fully agree, would help with not having to play against cheaters.

Hell no PC players can't stand playing with console players for the auto aim that can snap on to us without them ever seeing us. the lighting and visually seeing players in this game is terrible. The reason I left playing on consoles is because controllers just suck flat out and cross play should be a option for both consoles player and PC players alone to opt out. The basic auto.aim for console players in lobby's is just ridiculous. It is ridiculous that console players get this option but PC players got the middle finger from EA when they refuse to give PC players the same option.
