This should be an option. Unless I'm playing with my friends on pc, I (and probably most of the console community) does not want to play against pc players and all of the advantages they get. I play on ps5 and would like to only play crossplay with xbox users. Obviously still keep full crossplay, but again, give the added option to turn off console vs pc.

I don't want to play with or against controller players.
I don't care if they're on console or PC. If you use a controller, team up with other controller players, and if you use a keyboard/mouse, team up with other keyboard/mouse players. If you have friends who use the other device, they'll set up the selector for you. But as it is now, it's absolute garbage.
Controller players who want to and know how to do, are already taking full advantage of the available assists, thanks to the hacks that are on the web. I know controller players who didn't complain during the betas and enjoyed them, but now they admit that it's becoming more about Call of Duty and less about skill. There are already plenty of "aids" to improve those aspects, and the anti-cheat doesn't work as it should.
I love how both sides make the same ridiculous arguments. It's almost like skill and map awareness matters more than the input device.
I'm a Ps5 player and about 95% of my deaths are from PC players or a tank PC player that kills me from 200m away. Like how? I have Xbox friends that I'd like to play with but it's getting annoying how the PC gamers levels 10 are god players. Please for the love of that game fix this. It's not fun anymore for casual players.
It should be standard for pc to turn it off, screw the tv toy console users battlefield was made for pc from the start, playstation only brought their way in to try and get a head but remember this next generation consoles will still be old gen pc parts

As a player who bought it on my ps5 rather than pc (didn't want to deal with their crazy kernel level anti cheat that doesn't work) I turn auto aim off on every game. It's more of a detriment than help. It gets in the way more than anything. Aim assist is highly annoying and messes up your kills.
Maybe during peak hours, but my work schedule doesn't allow me to play during peak hours.
I find this funny. As a PC player, I hear the other PC guys moan and complain about the console aim-assist and how it's so unfair. There are guys editing some file to force crossplay off, making PC only lobbies.
I guess the grass is always greener...
I play on PC with a controller. Would prefer to see an input device based matchmaking option which will keep the player pool larger for getting into matches quicker.
BagginBrooks if you turn PS5 crossplay off is there any full servers with other PS5 players?
