I just want to be short and sweet by mentioning women are definitely in the military. And skimming over female voices in the game. I just really want to say I hope each class in each faction has some form of female skin/voice as to add a fraction of immersion and variety as well not to alienate women from playing this great game.

Is 80 to 90% not enough for you? All I hear is female screams in multiplayer. Nothing against women but this is unsetteling to hear females scream in pain, and it's immersion breaking. Majority in any army is male, and yes ofcourse females serve in the army nowadays, but not on the frontlines! But aside from that sure, in this game i don't see it as an issue to some degree, but not 80%. We should atleast be able to choose male or female soldiers. Options so we all can be happy. If not I just won't buy the game.

Its a bit annoying that the only feedback some people can muster is “woke bad” while the gameplay itself is quite lacking

We should have a choice. Not just male/female, but both factions are multi national so allow Brits to sound like Brits, French like French, Russians like Russians etc. Games from the distant past used to have this option.

Its a nothing issue at the minute to be honest, think they should focus more on TTK and movement complaints as opposed to anything else, its called a beta for a reason

"women are definitely in the military" what a delusional redditor, there are zero women on frontlines, admin work is something entirely different

Didnt you comment on another thread that the womens voices gave you anxiety attacks? Thats a bit pathetic and maybe you should re-evaluate how you spend your personal time and choose a hobby that doesn’t upset you so much. And obviously women are definitely serving on the frontlines of modern battlefields, maybe not frequently but you can’t deny they don’t.

No, the point isn't "pathetic" or about not having women in the game—it's about customization and player comfort, something any quality competitive title should prioritize. Everyone reacts differently to certain audio stimuli; for some, higher-pitched voices or those with a certain timbre can be tiring or distracting, regardless of whether they're male or female. Therefore, asking for an audio filter isn't absurd—it's asking for one more option for everyone, without removing content. Regarding the presence of women on battlefields, I don't deny that they exist—I just emphasize that, historically, and even in modern military scenarios, they are a minority in direct combat. Having the option to configure voices is a matter of immersion and choice, just as we can choose skins, languages, or HUDs. In short: it's not about denying reality or excluding, but about giving the player the freedom to shape their experience in a way that's more enjoyable and immersive. This benefits everyone, without harming anyone.

Instead of responding to each person individually...
1. No, I haven't commented about this before on any other post.
2. I said explicitly that I didn't care nor want to discuss the female screams in battle. It's placeholder stuff at best and doesn't bother me. It is what it is. I also don't need to mention the fact that simplicity of a males hearing as we can differentiate higher pitched screams much easier that lower toned screams.
3. Some keep saying that women aren't on the front lines, but tell me if we're currently in WW3 or really any real conflict that's not fighting against insurgents. We have a decent population of women who have been through training and I would bet that if we actually went into open conflict with a real power - we would mobilize women into conflict fast. As it were - women are transitioning to combat roles more and more in the US, and have been in combat roles for longer in other countries. It's nothing unheard of unless you have ignored it intentionally for years.
