Ideally, I would like to be able to disable all female voice lines. However, it would still be a great improvement if I could set the gender for my character.
For me, it just comes down to realism and the female voices break immersion. Frontline soldiers are overwhelmingly men, and it feels disingenuous to not have options here Dice.
