Crossplay will be input based
I watched recent Cadwoman's video and she said that crossplay would be based around your input device. So MnK and controller players will have separate lobbies 👏🏻
I don't believe that's been confirmed so far. The info that has been given out is that crossplay can be enabled or disabled in the settings, and EA are working on preferential matchmaking, where console players with crossplay enabled will be matched with other console players unless there's a need to fill lobbies, at which point PC players will be included.
It's probably best to wait for direct confirmation from EA or seeing what the settings are like in the beta (assuming that there are crossplay options there).
