DICE please acknowledge performance issues
I'm running an RTX 2080 and Ryzen 7 5800x. These both exceed the recommended requirements of the game, but I'm having problems with massively uneven framerates. I'm running all low settings at native 1440p because there's no difference when I use DLSS. If this is a recommended experience, I recommend that whoever drafted up the requirements adjust what they think a good experience actually is. I go from 90fps down to around 53 when various in game stuff happens after making sure that every single system setting is perfect. A lot of the time when this happens, the FPS feels much lower. This can range from zooming in with any scope, destruction, lots of enemies on screen, smoke grenades, etc. My game ran better during the beta, and I'm struggling to reconcile how I can go from 120fps minimums on Battlefield 1 and Battlefield V, to 53fps stuttery minimums on Battlefield 6. This is even after trying the popular user.cfg tweaks. I even reinstalled Windows to no avail.
I would really appreciate any kind of commentary from DICE on the problem at all. The closest I've seen is David Sirland retweeting the user.cfg tweak on X, but that has not sorted my issue. Can a developer acknowledge the problem on this thread and at least tell me that they're looking into it?
