I'm not convinced there is any matchmaking. If there were, people should be placed into brackets based on their KDA and W/L average, weighted heavily towards their KDA. It's insane playing against a person with a 10/1 KDA and the game just thinks that's fine when the match is a complete stomp. You don't even hear them talk about it in all these "state of the game" or community whatevers.
