DICE why am i being put into the loser bad team every time?

I must admit I find conquest games brutal and I end up camping at a location defending and area or i get picked off by ridiculous sniping or helicopters. 

I end ip playing koth or sqdm as that feels more balanced but in tdm the is no balancing.

That sucks
