Did not receive the 'Versatile' skin Twitch Drop

I linked my accounts and bought a sub and claimed the skin in my drops inventory, but I have not received it in-game. I received all the other drops to my account so I know I am properly connected. A...

I received all of the drops besides the Versatile skin. I purchased and I have gifted. It's not available to equip in game.
