Did not sign up for this....

First off no where in the beta or advertisement for the game did you say you were going to favor console players over PC players. I am sick of getting railed by console players 800 yards out full auto, its like they just lock and hold down the fire.

You say your doing stuff to combat the cheating but here is the thing. If your company really wanted to combat the cheating you would hire a team that goes and hunts down the cheats , the ones that sell the cheats and you would sue these people that have these websites. You would get the code for the cheats and patch your game so you can detect them.

You failed to do it in every game you have released and its the most obvious solution to combat cheating. I mean if someone living in their mom's basement can find them to be sure a multi-billion dollar corporation can find them.

What needs to happen is all gamers need to just not buy any FPS game until the companies take an aggressive stance to cheating and actually puts forth a real effort to combat it. To be honest you should all EA/Activision all of the companies that have sold games and not done due diligence to combat the cheating , you should have a class action lawsuit brought against you.

  • You are not getting railed by console players from 800 meters out on full auto. What you're suggesting is an absurdity, probably because you realize the opposite is true. The cheating and the hacking is coming from PC players. Everyone knows this. YouTube is full of examples today. Right now.

I personally viewed in 15 minutes three different streamers using and selling wall hack and aimbot hacks to use on PC, and they seemed quite proud of it. They showed Battlefield 6  gameplay of them using the hacks.

    Here are the actual facts:

    AI SUMMARY

"While it is technically possible to use sophisticated cheating methods, such as wall hacks and aimbot, on PlayStation 5 and Xbox platforms, these methods carry a high risk of detection and permanent bans from online services and potentially the console hardware itself.
Directly installing cheats by modifying the console's internal software is extremely difficult due to the robust, "kernel-level" security and write-protection implemented by Sony and Microsoft. Attempting this on current generation consoles (PS5, Xbox Series X/S) will likely result in an immediate hardware ban, preventing any online play.

On the other hand, wall hacks and aimbot hacks are easily downloaded, installed and used on Personal Computers.

  • And I hate getting pot shot by a PCer with a sniper from 1000m who can spin around so fast they can take flight like a whirlybird so I guess when everyone is mad, it's all even and we're actually happy?

that experience i have with controller players on both pc and consoles.

They jump out of a window away from me..snap backwards..kill me..and move forward again.

And yes killcam..but killcam makes you not headshot.

  • what you're experiencing is DICE's trash netcode and or lag comp. this is the worst any BF has been, even the beta was better. basically all rounds hit in a frame or two and that's it. when I was on console PC players did this to me, now I'm on PC, console players do this to me. its a network thing.  DICE needs to have an option for PC players to not use cross play.
