didn’t Dice say every player would get one persistent server?

Portal and the possibilty to play with or against friends filled with bots and get full XP is one of the main reason we bought the game.  We love BF, but meanwhile we are old and slow that means we are called "Bot" in the multiplayer and to be honest we could understand this comment.

Another one is the interface to Godot to "create" new maps and play on the own persistant portal server.

BF Portal is presented as sandbox and everyone can play BF like he wants. Will this be true in the near future and more resources will be available for Portal?
