Difficulty edit for Bots

When trying to play a solo match either via portal or standard modes with Bot backfill, the bots are too hard. Allow us to edit their health / difficulty in the match or in portal mode. Currently for casual and less serious players the game is unplayable and not fun when you only survive a few seconds every time because of these bots. Let us edit and have different bot difficulty settings!
