Saying I may need to update my graphics card or windows. Also saying graphics card may be not in system, but I’ve checked everything receded graphics card., and everything is fine

Hi I have a simular Problem. My error Code is:

Making even campaign unplayable
I had this error alt tabing on full-screen. Change o borderless and it should be fine

I keep getting this Direct X error at complete random times. It's happened when I hit start to find a game, when I changed an audio setting, in the middle of games, when I click join a friends party. There's no exact time when it happens, could be after playing for a few hours or a few minutes. I've tried updating bios, tried reinstalling graphics drivers, verifying file integrity on steam, undervolting GPU in MSI afterburner, I'm genuinely at a loss. The game runs overall fine and my stats say everything is ok when in game playing. This crash is just at complete random moments. Any idea how to fix? Looking on reddit or google it seems this isn't a common error so I can't find any direct solution.
