Disable Automatic reaload

Hi there, I've asked this already in the German Community but they are Germans...this means: now answer at all.   How can I deactivate Automatic reaload of the weapon? This ist very useless in so...

    Hi :) a german here... go to options -> gameplay-> infantry-> second from below (interact & reload)...

    I changed it to the 4th option :D
