Discord Warning BF6 - what can i do?

Hi,

Yesterday, I received a warning from a mod in the official Discord channel regarding a message I wrote. The mod gave me a warning due to "harassment and bullying" and a case number. But there was no casenumber. And the mod didn't reply to me, nor was I told exactly which rule I supposedly violated.

So i opened a ticket via ea help. And now i got the following response:

"We got your note and did a full investigation of your account. After reviewing your case, we determined that we took the correct action in accordance with EA policies and procedures.

What kind of answer is that? This was about Discord, not FIFA—and I didn't violate any terms either.

Here is what i wrote:

Me: "I'm so hyped about the graffiti feature that's coming soon! Everything I wanted! I hope there will be awesome challenges for it! Woohoo!"

Other person: "Hopefully they will allow us to upload custom emblems to spray, I'd be very happy to tag the map with clan logo if it's gotta be done from what ever platform we see them launch platoons with."

Me: "First it was a joke from me. Second i don´t think they´ll do that-people are already smearing enough enough idiotic #### or #### on the walls using the repair tool. 

(i wrote the name of a symbol and that thing from a men but like ao****) Plz don´t tell me it was because i wrote the symbols name, it is not forbidden to write this name and it can´t be against any rule from the context of the conversation. And I have screenshots of people putting these symbols on walls in-game. I even reported one once and received the response "no action was taken".

Or is this all from ai? I wonder what we have come to when we are no longer even allowed to hold a conversation—and receive warnings merely for mentioning certain things. Is that already censorship? I haven't insulted anyone or incited anyone to do anything. I live in Germany, and the laws here are indeed stricter regarding certain symbols; however, even here, my sentence does not constitute a violation of the law.

I have not violated any rules—and certainly not against "harassment and bullying". And i don´t know what to do? 

Can a mod—or anyone else here—help me out with what I can do? (Aside from the obvious advice of "don't post anything anywhere.")
