Does REPORT a player Do anything anymore?

I use to get confirmations in mail about peoples being dealt with for their absolute worse behaviors in chat. 

There's so many toxic kids I report daily constantly spamming chat with  "f*cking sniper / camper " , and other profanities , I don't even want to go into details here but we all know toxic behavior.

Lately ,for past 3 days, I neither get confirmation nor denial of for my reports . Action has been taken / Action hasn't been taken . 

What is going on? Is system down, or they just stop sending emails in respond ? 

Do I have to revert back to taking screenshots and reporting players through Report a player web form because this Report for abusive chat and Report for harassment doesn't seem to work lately !
