Dogtag progression should not include unobtainable or paid-only dogtags

The number of dogtags shown in the player's profile as obtainable should include ONLY dogtags that can currently be earned through regular and permanently available gameplay.

At the moment, the total count also includes:
- Dogtags that can only be obtained by purchasing them from the store with real money.
- Dogtags that are no longer obtainable at all, such as the dogtag awarded for completing the free Battlefield 2042 Battle Pass.

This makes the completion counter misleading and effectively puts 100% progression behind a paywall or makes it permanently impossible for some players.

Please separate these categories.

The main dogtag progression counter should only include dogtags that can currently be earned through normal gameplay.

Paid-only dogtags should have their own separate category or simply should not be included in the main dogtag count, and permanently unobtainable dogtags should not count toward the obtainable completion total.
