EA and Dice overstepping

I want a human being to please explain how in the world having a gamer tag that compares BF6 to COD harassment? Harassment to who? You guys have that thin of skin?

I reported someone who was calling me a "fat f-ing loser" amongst other things, reported it, and was told some people have differing opinions. So that's okay? Fine, but then how am I getting banned? 

I'm trying to understand your logic here. I have a week ban now for another name that I had.

You guys are the softest of softies ever to run a corporation. The names over on Steam are crazy, and sometimes downright offensive, but they seem to not have issues over there. 

I want a refund if you're going to be this ridiculous with names. Completely overstepping and is not a good business practice to ban peoples accounts, especially using some generic language that doesn't even support the rules. 

Stop redirecting me to the TOS that you guys can't even comprehend yourselves. I've looked at the terms, and there is no direct language that supports the bans. You are out of line. Both EA and Dice are terrible companies that don't deserve your money. As a recommendation to other gamers, don't trust the EA app, they can justify anything with some loose language, and won't do anything to correct it.
