The greatest gratitude goes to EA

Hello everyone, I am a 45-year-old veteran gamer. My support and understanding of EA began over 20 years ago. I have always believed that EA is an outstanding game developer and publisher. I sincerely thank the production team of EA for continuously providing excellent works throughout my life over these years.

As EA's latest product, the 6th was released and I immediately purchased the deluxe version and made multiple purchases within the game. The primary reason was that this work was truly excellent, and the secondary reason was my trust in EA's services over the years.

Within just two months after purchasing the game, I spent a total of 170 hours playing it. Of course, due to my age, most of the time I was seeking pleasure in human-computer competitions. But what I never expected was that due to work reasons, I basically had no time to play the game from the end of November 2025. Yesterday, when I logged in to the game again, I was astonished to find that I had been permanently banned for no apparent reason.

As a regular gamer, I firmly believe in the principle of fair competition and adhere to its core. I have never used any cheat or assist tools to play the game. In the ban information of my account, EA did not provide any explanations or clarifications, and they simply permanently banned my account without any reason.

I have submitted an appeal. I don't know the final outcome yet, but I feel that I have been bullied. I violated my own rights without being informed.

Coming here is also my sincere gratitude to EA. Under the so-called laws you have enacted, you have imposed the first permanent ban in my 25-year career in the gaming industry.
