You will have to fully uninstall the program that is being flagged as possible cheating software. Unfortunately there is no other way around this.
WHAT SOFTWARE???? IT WON'T EVEN TELL ME WHAT I NEED TO REMOVE. The only thing it tells me - error with 95 code. That's it
