EA support told me to come here for help.

I launch the game from the Ea app, the splash screen appears, it loads for some time then it disappear for a minute then i am greeted with a black screen with the error "Please launch the game from your distribution platform. If the issue persists, please repair your game and try again."

I tried all the trouble shooting steps from EA support which obviously didn't work and they just told me to come here and look for other players with same issue.

Reinstalled drivers, updated windows, repaired game, done everything possible (i think) and still no hope.
Only thing i honestly haven't tried is reinstalling the game (i have limited bandwidth so that's difficult), but i doubt that's the issue anyways.

Any help is appreciated, i really want to play this game.
