EA what's going on?

Purchased via Steam, Javelin anti-cheat keeps crashing after appearing as a black screen. TPM and all of those bs are enabled.

Sadly... it's THEIR app... and they didn't notice this... Why was the beta more stable than this game launch is beyond me... Sorry for my English

Same problem here. Preordered the game, downloaded it last week during the pre-download period, and now it's telling me to buy the game. However, I can see my rewards from 2042. It's so annoying!

Nearly half a billion dollars and they can't even get the game to work on their own app. LOL what a joke.

My game won't even start. I've had the same problem with Ea FC 26 for weeks. But there's the problem with the anticheat. Nobody has a solution that works

Same - preordered using EA app but when I load into game it tells me I have to install the files and purchase the game.  Tried repairing, reinstalling and clearing the app cache and repairing EA app - still can't play.  Game is about to be refunded.

very close to refunding the game!! they have a couple more hours before i refund and go right to BLACK OPS 7. absolutely pathetic that i cant play through the EA app. I waited all night for this **bleep** so excited..put off things.. imo this is basic trojan horse tactics to get people to double purchase the game via steam.

i've been having this issue since go-live. installed, and in the desktop app, it says i have the game purchased. inside the game, it keeps prompting me to purchase it
